2. Description of Service

JsonLD.io provides an AI-powered JSON-LD structured data generation and injection service. The Service includes website crawling, automatic schema generation, and a script-based injection system for adding structured data to your websites.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with limited features (1 site, 25 pages, 25 AI generations). After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your injection scripts will stop functioning.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate or distribute malicious, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for websites containing illegal content
  • Generate misleading or false structured data
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Website Crawling

By adding a website to our Service, you represent that you have the authority to allow us to crawl and analyze that website. You agree to:

  • Only add websites you own or have permission to modify
  • Configure your robots.txt appropriately if you wish to limit crawling
  • Not use the Service to crawl or scrape third-party websites

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by JsonLD.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content on your websites. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, crawl, and process your website content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.3 Generated Schemas

The JSON-LD schemas generated by our Service for your websites become your property upon generation. You may use, modify, and distribute these schemas as you see fit.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SEO RESULTS OR SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSONLD.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JsonLD.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
